Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | VC: Made in the classic method perfected in Champagne, this blend of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay was given 36 months in bottle, on its lees, before being disgorged. After the dosage was added, the wine was further aged for 12 months prior to release. This ripe, fresh and rich fizz features aromas of green apple, bread dough, pear and toast. Dry with good fruit, a fine mousse and zippy acid for balance. |
