Searing, mouth-watering that demands and dances with food. Lime essence wrapped in lemon zest. Pure, unadulterated citrus sunbeams. Boxing Day sale price. Food matches: grilled tuna steaks, lemon pepper chicken, mildly spicy gourmet sausages.

A prototypical Ontario Riesling. Tempting aromas of lime, white flowers, minerality, and accents of orchard fruits abound. There’s plenty of fruit on the dry, medium-bodied palate and a mouth-watering acidity that creates perfect balance.
