Tasting note:

One of Ontario's (and Canada's) benchmark bubblies. Aromas of ripe green apples, lime, and white peach all wrapped in a toasty blanket. Medium-bodied with great persistence of flavour. Refreshing, zesty and ultimately celebratory! Don't just toast weddings, anniversaries and birthdays, raise a glass to life and make it a celebration with this wine tonight. In my Drinks Matcher tool, I pair this bubbly with many dishes. Food matches: oysters, mussels, caviar, smoked salmon, seafood, salads, potato chips.

Complementary recipes:

Serve this wine between 45-50 degrees Farenheit or 6-10 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.

Wine
