Smoky campfire and mocha from generous aging in oak barrels. This red wine delivers attractive aromas of blackberries, licorice, black and purple plum notes and toasty oak. Full-bodied supple, smooth, smoky and juicy. Great for potluck gatherings and movie night.

Shiraz food pairings: Mexican-style venison sausage and roasted root vegetables, stuffed rolled flank steak, boar stew.

Reviews and Ratings

This robust Australian Shiraz is made from grapes grown on the shores of Lake Alexandria which offers a cooling afternoon breeze. The vines are planted on a 40 million year old alluvial plain nestled between two rivers. The maritime red sands sit over pre-Cambrian limestone. - Community Wine Review.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
