This non-vintage dated fino sherry offers lovely aromas of toasted almond on the nose and palate. Produced in the heart of the sherry region -- Jerez -- it's fermented in 600-litre American oak botas, which are very large casks. This requires an considerable amount of manual labour as compared to fermenting the wine in stainless steel tanks, especially when more than tens of thousands of kilos of grapes are involved. It's well worth the effort though.

Valdespino Fino Inocente is a non-vintage fino sherry that is fermented in 600-litre American oak botas (casks). Lots of work as this involves thousands of kilos of grapes.
