Vintages Wine Panel: Black as night, this wine is anything but shy in how it embraces the senses. Layered, complex and invigorating aromas of warm blueberry pie, milk chocolate, cassis and white pepper delightfully infiltrate the nose. You will love how this dry, full-bodied wine, with its supremely ripe and concentrated fruit, fleshy tannins and precise balancing acids caresses the palate. This will reward 2+ years in the cellar, but will eagerly cuddle up close tonight with an intensely marinated steak. My note: Juicy, black and brooding with a heart of darkness. Blackberries and blackcurrant aromas with some herbal notes and a healthy dollop of toasted oak. Perfect for steak dinners.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: marinated steak.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
