Some mint and gorgeous fleshy black plum aromas on the nose of this Aussie red wine wonder. Full-bodied and towering in its depth and concentration, with a liquid velvet texture. Oh yum. More Harry Connick Junior than Dean Martin, yet this wine is bound to be a classic too with its personable vitality and unique signature. Pair with new renditions of swing classics and old fashioned barbecue.

Shiraz food pairings: beef prosciutto, black bean soup, blue cheese, caramelized onion dip.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
