Reviews and Ratings

Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Having visited this winery when I was in Italy their wines evoke special memories. This is another great one from their line up! Lovely bouquet of cherry and blueberry. Typical sour cherry with fresh acidity on the palate. Shared this last night with friends over a movie and antipasto platter!
It can be confusing when it comes to Italian wines since many have the identical name for both the region and the style of wine. This Valpolicella is one such example. It's produced in the Valpolicella region of Verona near Lake Garda in northeast Italy. This is a robust red wine blend of Corvina and Rondinella, Molinara and oseleta grapes. - Community Wine Reviews
