Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous, full bodied, dry, well balanced. Bursting with pear, apple, butterscotch, vanilla with a long yummy finish. Pairs well with lobster and jumbo shrimp gumbo. Would pair well with roasted or BBQ poultry, and easily enjoyable without food. Tasted 2015 vintage in May 2018. 91 points #greatvalue
California Simi (2015) is a full-bodied peachy and spicy Chardonnay from Sonoma County. Some cake spice and smoke on the palate from oak treatment as well. Good acidity and food friendly. - Community Wine Reviews
