Pleasantly bitter black fruit on the palate and finish of this full-bodied, juicy, mouth-watering Italian red wine. Great price. Needs food like a tangy tomato meat sauce.

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

My favourite Valpolicella Classico with its mouth-watering tart cherry, vanilla and mocha flavours. A great choice to accompany savoury appetizers like olives, salumni and hard cheeses.
Tasted Sept. 2016

Great value, tart cherry, balanced, medium bodied and crowd pleasing Italian red. Pairs well with Italian comfort foods - spaghetti, lasagna, eggplant Parmesan. @jonsteeves rated 87/100 - tasted Oct 2016
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Fragrant and fruit foward on the nose with yummy tangy notes on the palate. Dominant notes include raspberry, vanilla and rose petals. Enjoy with garlic mushroom crostinis. Tasted Oct 2016. @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
