Reviews and Ratings

Chile's Limari Valley is cooled by the Camanchaca fogs that enter the semi-arid region from the west each morning until the sun rises over the Andes in the east. Drip irrigation also waters the vines in mineral-rich soil and this combination gives wines a distinct minerality. Santa Rita's Medalla Real wines are from their oldest sites. On the 2014 vintage, the wine is elegant, full-bodied with a concentration of dark berry, black fruit, smoke and an earthy minerality. The wine is smooth, well-balanced and structured. Pair with an Asado. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
