A blockbuster Shiraz for lovers of this genre! Generous depths of flavour in this robust red wine. This is a savoury, meaty wine with fleshy dark berry aromas. There's judicious weave of oak throughout that makes it toasty great. This wine hails from a warm-climate, and it shows in the depth and concentration of dark fruit flavour. The wine equivalent of a box office hit.

Shiraz food pairings: roast beef, black bean soup, blue cheese, peppercorn steak, burgers.

Reviews and Ratings

This big, dense Australian Shiraz is sourced from vineyards in the Barossa Valley. It's matured in oak for 18 months. Some black olive and smoke on the finish. Good cellar candidate. - Community Wine Reviews
