Love this spritely, flavourful Prince Edward County Riesling! Aromas of white flowers, lime blossom and white peach. Terrific acidity for salads, seafood and cold chicken sandwiches. Very expressive.

Riesling food pairings: lightly spiced Asian cuisine, gracefully complementing its spiciness and sweetness.

Reviews and Ratings

Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Very pale straw, pear, citrus, mineral and a fruit cocktail perfume. On the palate apricot, citrus lemon/lime and a chalky minerality adds interesting texture to this wine with a great beam of acidity and finishing dry. Beautiful wine by Dan Sullivan worth seeking out. Fish or chicken in a light cream sauce should work well. Tasted June 6, 2015
Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Fragrant ripe white peaches on the nose, lemon drops & lime zest on the palate with a touch of flint and minerality followed by a smooth, warm finish. Enjoy as an aperitif, with salads or with seafood in a creamy sauce.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A bright and friendly wine - full of ripe juicy peach, crisp apple, zesty lime and a wisp of jasmine. A medium level of sweetness with a nice acidity to balance. Too overpowering for the fresh Canadian mozzarella we paired it with, but wpould go nicely with a creamy and tangy goats cheese. Also would go well with spicy foods such as a Thai curry.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

An aromatic riesling with a nose of apricot, lime and slight minerality. Palate shows lots of tasty apricot, lime and minerality. Long fruity finish.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lemon-limelicious Riesling! Nice citrus zest, stone fruit, quite floral and a little mineral (new vinyl) on the nose and palate. Crisp zesty acidity and light bodied with a medium-short lime and mineral finish. Pairs nicely with fish tacos.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A lovely wine for summer from Prince Edward County. Light, aromas including lemon zest, ripe peaches, and some apple or cherry blossom. Balanced acidity and a medium finish. This wine would be great with a variety of chicken or fish dishes.
