Price: $74.95

Drink: 2013-2018

Bottle size: 750 ml

Alcohol: 14.5%

Sweetness: Extra Dry

Wine Type: Red Wine

Winery: Robert Craig

Agent: Rogers & Company

Natalie's Score: 90/100

Full-bodied, smooth and supple with attractive aromas of black fruit and smoke. Very balanced and easy-drinking. I do question the value proposition here when compared to many other Cabernets in this release at one third the price.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: lamb Bolognese, beef enchiladas, barbecued ribs in sauce, hamburger, hard cheese.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby with thick legs and tears. Aromas of jammy dark fruit, vanilla, pencil shavings, leather. Full-bodied palate with more dark cherry, tobacco leaf and drying tannins. Medium acidity and warming alcohol.A great gift wine for the collector Valentine. Perhaps a tough sell at $75!
The 2011 vintage of the Affinity Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Robert Craig. Good cellar candidate. - Community Wine Reviews
