Clean, crisp and refreshing with lovely aromas and flavours of green apple and white peach. Amazingly great price for this quality. Very versatile with food.

Chardonnay food pairings: roast chicken or braised pork, mussels, oysters and pan fried scallops or as a counterbalance to cut through rich dishes like gnocchi or pasta in cream sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pretty floral on the nose in addition to tons of tropical fruit notes: pineapple, mango, banana and melon. Ripe fruit salad, lime zest and minerality on the palate. Pretty good (acceptable) acidity, light body and short finish. Pair with Paella! I did and it worked out fantastically!
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

Light straw yellow with pear and citrus aromatics and a definite waft of smoke. More pronounced smoke on palate with mild white tree fruit and slight vanilla. Medium-bodied with short smokey finish. Serve well-chilled.
Fruit came in clean and ripe and it was pressed immediately. Juice was clarified using flotation technology and a selected yeast strain was used. For our non-oak Chardonnay a cold ferment is used to maintain a crisp acidity and fruitiness. Fermentation was completed in 10 days and no malolactic fermentation was done on this wine.
