Vintages Wine Panel: Unlike regular LBVs, unfiltered versions, such as this, can age – this beauty is just beginning to hit its stride – and should be decanted before enjoyment. My note: A lovely after-dinner sipper for a great price. All you need is a few ounces so a little goes a long way and it’ll keep for several weeks. Treat yourself.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pleasing and elegant sipper. By the fire or after dinner. This LBV Port was my initial choice for #WHWM for Christmas cake.(I went with Sherry). Luscious and inviting ruby colour. Savoury spice notes, plum, prunes, raisin, and black olive(?). Tannins are nicely available giving this Port more aging potential. Pleasing on so many levels. Decant.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
