Blacked fruit with a tarry note. Full-bodied, savoury and meaty. Pair with robustly flavoured dishes and a hearty steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Gabriel Israel rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

91-92; Gigondas at its best! What a great, mouthwatering, full body, complex, multi layers of flavors wine. Full of dark berries, prunes, cassis and hints of mint. Like a mini CdP for $23. Can sit for 5-10+ years or decant for 30-60 min prior to consumption.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Blackberries, raspberries, "garrigue" herbs on the nose, while juicy mixed red & black berries on the palate dominate with cinnamon on the finish. Tannins are medium on the plus side, and the bitterness from the alcohol content leaves me dreaming of a simple roasted leg of lamb to soften and mingle with the party in my mouth right now!

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
