Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I love the full family of McManis wines and this one didn't disappoint. A big full bodied Chardonnay with a nice straw color and flavours of pear, peach, vanilla and toasted oak. One of my favourites because its a great wine at a great price
Chardonnay with a twist. This intense wine with some oak aging has a smack of alcohol – 13.5 percent – and wonderfully intense apple, pear and pineapple notes with an underpinning of tropical fruit and acidity. It has viscous texture in the mouth. It paints the palate. It has the body to stand up to spicy dishes. It’s a great value from this multi-generational farming family in Ripon, Calif.
