Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I love the McManis family of wines, and have tried all of them available to me in Canada. This Cabernet Sauvignon did not disappoint. It was a full bodied Cabernet that had a rich dark color in the glass. Juicy fruits, blackberry, cassis and a touch of oak makes for a great California Cab.
Intense Cabernet with aromas of ripe black cherry, blackcurrant, new leather and woodsmoke. Dry and very fruity with a touch of acidity to bring it nicely in line. Full bodied with a long, fruity finish. Terrific crowd-pleasing barbecue wine that will complement a wide range of grilled dishes. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
