Lemongrass and lime zest with terrific mouth-watering acidity. Clean and crisp: ideal for many dishes from seafood to vegetarian dishes. Some green apple and citrus on a lively finish. This wine is a touch off-dry making it extremely versatile with spicy and hot dishes. Good bones and breeding here.

Chenin Blanc food pairings: crab cakes, lobster, vegetarian dishes, Asian dishes, Brie, pear garnished with blue cheese, avocado and prawn verrine,.

Reviews and Ratings

This 100% Chenin Blanc unveils notes of crisp green apple, flowers and honey, and a pleasant, ample palate, with tinges of a delicate sweetness. You’ll barely notice this, though, since a good dose of acidity provides a nice balance. This wine would be a good accompaniment for fruity/salty dishes. But it will be an excellent passe-partout for many dishes with sweet and sour flavours. Wine of the Week. Source: Julie Perreault, journalmetro.com, Feb. 13, 2013
