Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Created by 4th generation vintner, Laura Catena. Dark ruby fragrant with ripe blackberries and sweet spice, then blackberries, mocha, vanilla and sweet spice touches. Satiny, smooth texture . Enjoy with roast beef.
Tasted Feb. 2017
La Posta Estelo Armando (2015) is an Argentinean Bonarda red wine from the Mendoza wine region. Structured and balanced with ripe dark plums, ripe black fruity and a zesty acidity, this wine is smoky with lots of texture and finishes lightly lingering with anise. Drink now to 2020. - Community Wine Reviews
