Terrific balance on this Californian Pinot Noir from very evidently a cool climate. Balanced, racy and exciting. No cherry fruit bomb here, thank-you, though it's generously flavoured. Pair with grilled or roasted chicken.

Pinot Noir food pairings: veal medallions, lamb in a red wine sauce, roasted pork loin, tourtière.

Wineboy rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Is there a La Crema PN I don't like? If so, I haven't met it yet. The bouquet is stellar and couldn't be beat - and then I tasted it. Floral, cherry fruit and glycerine smooth mouthfeel. There might be a touch more residual sugar than some might like, but for me this wine was sheer pleasure.
The Pinot Noir grapes for this lovely Californian Pinot Noir grow in a single vineyard in the cool climate of the Monterey region, with the vines planted on the wind-swept slopes of the Arroyo Seco district. The oak is barely perceptible as it's so perfectly integrated. - Community Wine Reviews
