More plush than the Merlot Cabernet, and equally delectable. Lusciously ripe blackberries and blueberries with smoky-wrapped plums. Yum!

Cabernet Shiraz food pairings: prime rib, leg of lamb, grilled steak, roast venison with rich cranberry or mushroom sauces; hearty cheddar and older aged cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

This unique Canadian blend was produced by Sandor Mayer, Winemaker Inniskillin Okanagan and Bruce Nicholson, Winemaker Inniskillin Niagara combining specifically chosen grapes that have produced a complexity through characteristics drawn from their two wine regions. EAST-30% Cabernet Franc; WEST-41% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon. A full-bodied red has approachable aromatics and textures with layers of dark chocolate, black cherry and spice aromas. Exellent mouth feel with an extended finish.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
