Oh my goodness this is fantastic! How to make your tastebuds happy. Round and generous with lusciously ripe Asian pear, gala apples and honey melon. Aged in Canadian oak. Lovely.

Chardonnay Icewine food pairings: great texture and concentrated fresh fruit flavours pair beautifully with fresh apricots stuffed with marscapone containing walnuts; goat cheese salad toppings, triple cream brie with apple or pear chutneys..

Reviews and Ratings

This limited edition Icewine was made from Chardonnay grapes harvested in Niagara frozen naturally on the vine. It benefitted from a few months in Canadian Oak barrels. It displays aromas of honey, melon, peach, apricots and vanilla with rich flavours of pineapple and mango.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
