Natalie's Score: 88/100

Juicy, rich and round Chilean red wine made from the country's iconic Carmenere grape. Produced by San Esteban, this robust Chilean red wine comes from the winery's Winemakers Selection. It offers aromas of cassis and cedar with full-bodied richness. This wine is named after the river that divides it in half. The region of Aconcagua in Chile is extremely warm and dry, ideal for ripening rich, full-bodied red wines. It's supple and layered on the palate, like liquid velvet. I'd drink this wine with hearty meat dishes.

Carmenere food pairings: pork tenderloin, pork roast, gourmet burgers.
