Big pinot with ripe cherries, cranberries and spice aromas. Well-integrated tannins and acidity that make this a beautiful cool weather Ontario Pinot Noir. Could stand up to some rich meaty dishes such as bbq lamb chops.

Elegant! Pale ruby colour with pronounced ripe aromas of cherry, blackberry, plum, raspberry, violets, raisin, tobacco leaf, garrigue, leather, oak, barnyard. This wine is dry with medium+ acidity, medium+ round tannins, medium body. The flavours are pronounced with characteristics of black cherry, plum, raisin, prune, vanilla, violets, lavender, black pepper smoke, juniper.
Finish is long and velvety.
Pair with white meats, pork tenderloin, cheese tray or on it's own!
Drinking nicely now, suitable for ageing. 3-5 years

Earthy with a bit of green pepper, strawberry, and tart cherry. The tart cherry flavour, grippy tannins and a bit of spice make this a big wine for a Pinot Noir. Nice spicy, tannic mouth feel. This might be even better in a couple of years.

Medium aromas and medium intensity palate of raspberry, cherry, and some black current leaf and green pepper. Enjoy with lamb or pork tenderloin.
The estate pinot noir is a blend from three parcels from the winery's estate organically grown, low yield grapes. Indigenous yeasts were used then the wine was aged in French oak barrels. Source: Winery
