Velvety and savoury with intriguing aromas of black plum, spice, cedar brush, dried tobacco. Incredible vibrancy and life for the 2004 vintage. Pair with lamb and rosemary.

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Terrific 2004 vintage wine. A blend of 30% Sumoll, 20% Cariñena, 20% Garnacha, 20% Syrah and 10% Merlot, the nose shows its age, with dried fruit, cedar, and spice. The palate is soft and refreshing, with tannins that make their way to a long and intriguing finish. Enjoy with pasta carbonara, pork kebabs, and roasted lamb. Already aged, this wine is great now but would stand an additional 5+ years of cellaring gracefully. Tasted June 2015. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
This big Spanish red wine is a blend of 30% Sumoll, 20% CariƱena, 20% Garnacha, 20% Syrah and 10% Merlot grapes. The wine was barrel-fermented and then matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. Deeply coloured and richly concentrated on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
