The Vintages Catalogue says 2014 but we tasted the 2013 vintage. Green apple and white pear. Love it. Building an inukskuk is now a ritual at the end of harvest for this winery: lifting the heavy stones requires a team effort. Pair with roast turkey and fun.

Riesling food pairings: herb rubbed chicken, seafood, shellfish.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

I loved this Riesling! A pale lemon green colour and I detected a slight effervescence on the palate. Dry, light-bodied and lingering green apple finish. The characteristic petrol is evident on the nose but understated. Green apple, pear, Niagara blossoms, citrus, yogurt and honey make up the aromas and flavours. There is a creaminess at the back end of this wine. Delightful! Pair with roasted turkey with stuffing and good company.
Tasted: March 2015
A solidly consistent great producer of Niagara Riesling and the 2013 vintage is no exception for Flat Rock Cellars. Lime refreshment on the finish. - Community Wine Reviews
