White and green melon in this lovely vibrant Niagara Sauvignon Blanc. Love the lime citrus notes, not much grassy action here though lots of mouth-watering acidity for vegetarian dishes and shellfish. Lemon and gooseberry on this zesty, zingy white wine. Medium-bodied and refreshing.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: vegetarian dishes, shellfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Light gold colour, the nose shows exotic fruit, lime, and Sauvignon Blanc characteristical herbal notes. Very nice expression, that would complement summer salads, spicy dishes, or BBQ'd vegetables. Tasted June 2015. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon colour with crisp stony minerality, lemon, and hint of passion fruit. Not overly grassy which can be a refreshing change for Savvy B lovers. Enjoy with your favourite summer salads, grilled vegetables or by itself on a patio. Serve well chilled. Good value.
Tasted: June 2015
