Intense minerality with a bright core of refreshment running through the heart of this zesty white wine. Ultra-dry Old World unoaked Chardonnay with mouth-watering acidity. Lime lift. Perfect foil for shellfish. Clean, crisp and refreshing. No oak. Finishes freshly with green apple. Try it with shellfish.

Chablis food pairings: green salads topped with grilled prawns, lobster in butter sauce, beef bourguignon, cheese, poultry.

Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I'm loving the 2015's from Burgundy !! While this is not a Petit Chablis, it tastes like one. Petit Chablis is not a lesser Chablis in my mind just one from different soils that yield a touch softer acidity. This Chablis is on the lighter end of the spectrum with a touch of softness to the crispness. Nice.
Domaine Chevallier (2015) is a mouthwatering, old-world Chablis from the Burgundy region in France. Green apple crunch with lime zest and fresh mowed hay on this one. Great price too. Enjoy on its own or with fresh seafood. - Community Wine Reviews
