Reviews and Ratings

Small batches of grapes are gently crushed then transferred to open fermenters. Foot treading happens with two thirds of the grapes and the wine is basket pressed and then put in French and American oak barrels to complete fermentation and spend 12 to 21 months aging. This wine a 50-50 blend of the two grapes Shiraz and Grenache. - Community Wine Reviews
