Satin smooth with tart red cherries and cranberries, very tasty. Lovely replays of dark cherry aromas and flavours, touched by a hint of dark spice. A model of its kind for Oregon. This would be to-die-for with cedar-planked salmon or seared tuna.

Pinot Noir food pairings: cedar-planked salmon, avocado and papaya salad, balsamic grilled radicchio, basil pesto, zucchini and red onion frittata.

I often consider Oregon Pinot Noir a little known gem. Lovely cool climate expression in this bottle. Brilliant purple-ruby in the glass. Light body. Silky. The nose picks out the dark cherry and plum up front. Herbs, vanilla and wood follow. Palate offers the tartness of the cherries. Mild tannins and best enjoyed over the next 1-2 years. Good with pizza, seafood,grilled or roasted chicken. Would also be nice with my BBQ salmon but...that would mean divulging my secret recipe. :)
Oregon continues to wow with the quality of its Pinot Noir, and this one, loaded with aromas and flavours of crushed berry and ripe red fruit, shows why. Dry and balanced, with superbly integrated acids and tannins working seamlessly with the rich fruit, this is just a delight to drink. Pair this with cedar-planked salmon, and the sky’s the limit.
