A terrific example of cool-climate cabernet franc! Full-bodied, balanced and delicious. This appealing red offers aromas and flavours of dark plums with some herbal notes. Toasty and tasty. Try it with a hearty meat dish by a blazing fire.

Cabernet Franc food pairings: herb-rubbed chicken, beef stew, goat cheese, turkey, Asian-styled noodles.
