Vintages Wine Panel: Sicily's native Insolia grape creates fresh and floral white wines that also feature plum and citrus fruit, along with bright acidity that makes them perfect partners for fish and seafood dishes. Enjoy this one. My note: Pretty and fresh with lovely white floral aromas and melon and lime zest. Terrifically refreshing.

Insolia food pairings: grilled trout with lemon and capers, Sicilian linguine con finocchio e sarde (linguine with fennel and sardines).

Corinna Horton rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

What's not to like? Hint of robust mineral at the front of the mouth in a lively bottle just packed with energy. Beautiful straw-colour, I could almost feel the grape explode as it was crushed. To be honest I didn't expect this much from such a young bottle, a good bet for the cellar. Give it a year.
