A lovely, fresh, floral white that has enticing aromas of ripe melon and sun-kissed lemon blossom. Terrific aperitif or food companion.

Cabernet Merlot food pairings: roasted halibut, mild Indian curries, roast chicken stuffed with lemon & herbs.

Sauvignon Blanc 40%, Chardonnay 30%, Pinot Gris 25%, Viognier 5%
A complex yet subtle array of aromas with cantaloupe melon, tropical mango and guava, jasmine, passion fruit, pear and zingy citrus. The palate starts full and soft with apricot, tropical fruits and peach before the crisp mineral acidity kicks in along with flavours of pear, apple, passion fruit and some delicate floral notes on the long finish.
