Wow this wine combines racy acidity with natural fruit sweetness in perfect balance. Lime blossom, honeydew and lemongrass. Very exciting and food friendly. The bracing acidity means that this wine doesn't really taste as sweet as it is technically in the medium sweet category. It's more off dry perceptually and therefore will pair well with less sweet desserts such as biscotti and a fruit cobbler, as well as main dishes with some sweetness such as chutney and glazed ham.

Riesling food pairings: fruit-based desserts, pastries, chocolate mousse, honey cake.

Honeysuckle, poached peaches and candied orange flavours galore! A lovely medium-bodied, off-dry, juicy, and flavourful Riesling. Enjoy with crispy shrimp spring rolls. Tasted Mar 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Mosel Riesling typicity. Crowd pleasing and great value. Perfect for pairing with Asian fusion, red Thai chicken curry, sashimi / sushi. Off-dry. Ripe pear, hint of white pepper, ginger, and green mango. 10% ABV. Tasted March 2017. 91 points.
Wineboy rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Wow!! I'm the harsh critic on this wine apparently. I thought it had excess SO2 on the nose when first opened. Even though this aroma can blow off I never got back to trying it later (so many wines - so little time)
The Riesling wine grapes for Bischoflichen Weinguter Dom (2014) were sourced from the best vineyard sites in the Mosel. The wine is fresh and medium sweet and medium-bodied. Perfect with sweet and sour pork ribs. - Community Wine Reviews
