One of the best soave wines I've tasted in a while! Lots of personality and zest here with aromas of lime and fresh chives. Great aperitif or companion to seafood. This is a DOC-designated wine.

Garganega (Soave) food pairings: green salads, turkey sandwiches, freshwater fish.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Clear pale lemon and youthful food friendly wine. Pleasing aromas of ripe apple, pear, citrus, honey, fennel and a detection of sea salt. A palate cleansing slight frizzante with additional flavours of white pepper, honey, minerality and sea salt. Perfect for shell fish, ocean fish, caesar salad, creamy pasta. This wine is meant to be enjoyed now. Good value at $13.

Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 82/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon in colour, this aromatic, youthful wine has flavours of green apple, pear, white pepper, almond, lemon, and fennel with a sea salt minerality. The wine is refreshing with a slight, refeshing effervecence. The ripe fruit flavours carry through on the warming, spicy finish.
Pair with light cream pasta dishes, fish with herbs, and mild to medium intensity cheese.
Date tasted: April 2014.
A lovely Soave showing aromas and flavours of crisp pear, apple, cucumber leaf and fresh herbs. Juicy, dry and balanced on the palate with the subtle suggestion of a light spritz. Source: Vintages Wine Ratings and Reviews, July 2013
