Stunning concentration of aromas and flavors with excellent balance. Round, polished tannins give a velvet mouth-feel. This wine was aged 14 months in French oak. Nightcap anyone?
Malbec food pairings: lamb cutlets, pasta, beef tenderloin.

|Louise Wilson - ISG Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:|
This deeply colored wine reveals a nose of plum, blueberry and chocolate aromas which are joined by a hint of well integrated oak spice and medium to firm tannins on the palate. The satisfying length finishes on a cool peppermint note. Fantastic with a portobello mushroom pizza. Drink through 2015. Tasted Dec 2013.
