A pleasant, well-rounded Chardonnay with notes of green apples and vanilla smoke. Full-bodied and generous with a satisfying long finish. Great value!
Chardonnay food pairings: basil pesto, cheese fondue, chicken breast, frittata, prawn bisque.

|Lesley Quinn - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:|
Green melon and apple scents baked into a cinnamon crust pie. A Chardonnay with a great balance of fruit and spice. It has a bit too much baking spices for the fresh caught lobster I had intended it for but would make a great partner for chicken and hazelnut crepes in a white cheese sauce.
|Aromas of apple, peach, cream, buttered toast, vanilla and popcorn give voice to the richness of this gorgeous wine. The palate picks right up on these clues. Creamy-textured with good weight and flavour. One taste of this Casablanca Chardonnay and you’ll be quoting Humphrey Bogart’s famous line: “Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.” Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Sept. 2012|
