Delightfully fleshy ripe black cherries and raspberries on the nose, silky smooth on the tongue and a lovely, long finish. Extremely versatile with food, from roast chicken to prime rib.

Pinot Noir food pairings: salmon steaks, portobello mushroom burger.

The sunny 2009 vintage of the Côte d’Or is on fine display here. Very engaging aromas of ripe raspberry with touches of earth and smoke. The palate is dry, medium bodied and crisp with good balance and a ripe fruit centre. Perfectly situated fine tannins, and a tart finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
