Raspberry, strawberry, cherry in harmony medium soft and nice finish. The family liked this wine which was served with roast turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberries and steamed carrots.

Coopers Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir 2009, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Vintages Wine Panel: Intense aromas of raspberry, grated beet, red cherry, red plum, vanilla and cinnamon stick. Dry, nice and lithe with a light body and a ripe, fruit-driven fruit core balanced by vibrant acidity. Fine tannins lend the right touch of structure. Gently spicy, red-fruit finish. A crowd-pleasing Pinot. My note: Cranberry, beetroot and tart cherries: it’s a style you like or don’t. Acidic and mouth-watering with great refreshment.
