Domaine De Rochebin Clos St. Germain Bourgogne Blanc 2009, A.C., Burgundy, France: Vintages Wine Panel: Intriguing wine featuring aromas of yellow cherry, Royal Gala apple and buttered toast. Dry and fruity, with fresh acidity and toasty oak binding the wine together nicely. Fruit is pure and clean, while the oak brings just the right touch. Medium bodied with a medium, fresh finish. My note : Incredible price for white burgundy, holy smokes! Hazelnut toasted goodness wrapped round green apples and lime liveliness. Yes!
