I love this Beringer Sauvignon Blanc with a crisp salad that has a vinagarette dressing. Flavours of vibrant apples and pear with a hint of spice and a bit of a sweet nuance. Makes eating salads fun!

Beringer Sauvignon Blanc 2009, Napa Valley, California, United States: Vintages Wine Panel: Mango, mineral, candied citrus peel and floral are the prime aromas on display here. Dry, fruity and refreshing with a touch of well-handled oak. Medium bodied, medium finish. Enjoy tonight or for backyard sipping with soft cheeses. My note: not extremely herbal, more lemongrass and lime highlights. I like it lots. Zesty and refreshing and mouth-watering acidity.
