Travis Oke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Alsace is right next to Champagne - so the Cremant d'Alsace is a close as it gets to real Champagne at a fraction of the price. Pretty pale yellow colour, dry and acidic (maybe a touch too acidic) but a palate cleanser - great with sushi

Mausberg Brut Blanc De Blancs Crémant D'alsace, A.C., Alsace, France: Toasty and refreshing with an expensive looking label which is always a plus at fancy get-togethers where you don’t want to blow the budget but serve good stuff. White peach and melon and baked bread. Drink: 2011-2015. 171785 12% XD 750 mL  $17.95 Score: 89/100. July 23, 2011 Best Value Sparkling Wine.  Full Review
