Loads of red cherry and sweet spice on the nose, continuing on the palate with sweet earthy tones and a medium length finish. Pure expression of Pinot Noir. Red fruit almost moving to (or away from?) dark fruit with age. I'm 88 on this wine. (ottawawinejournal.com)

Cooper Mountain Reserve Pinot Noir 2008, Willamette Valley, Oregon, United States: This is wine is made from 100% organic and biodynamic certified grapes. It’s light and lovely with ripe cherries and fleeting summer memories. Good mouth-watering action and perfect for so many dishes, from seafood to roast beef.
