Sublime Vieilles Vignes Juliénas Cave Des Producteurs/Château Du Bois De La Salle 2009, A.C., Beaujolais, France: VC : Gold Medal at Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2010. Sourced from vines with an average age of 45 years, the Sublime is a particularly attractive violet colour and offers aromas of blackberry, spice, cherry and vanilla. Dry and medium bodied with youthful tannins and a crisp acidity adding structure and balance. This is ideal for game, and cheeses. My note: A light, happy wine with tart field berries and cherries. Very pleasant sipper with a wide variety of dishes. Drink: 2011-2013. 208009 13% D 750 mL $17.95 Score: 88/100. June 25, 2011 Full Review
