Bieler Père & Fils Sabine Syrah Grenache 2010, A.C., Coteaux D'aix-En-Provence, France: Vintages Wine Panel: This blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon features gentle strawberry, fresh herbs, lavender and sweetgrass aromas. Dry, fairly intense with good fruit and moderate acids. Medium bodied with an impressively long finish. Very pretty. My note : Classic Provencaux rose with rose petal and field strawberry. So refreshing and light but packed with flavour and pleasure. Find a big novel and settle back into that deck chair. Drink: 2010-2013. 71423 13% XD 750 mL $12.95 Score: 89/100.
