Henry of Pelham Estate Winery Henry of Pelham Pinot Noir 2007, Niagara Escarpment, Canada: Black cherry-rich with lovely aromas of cranberry, redcurrant and beetroot. Silky, medium-bodied texture with a long finish. The winery hand-punched down the cap during fermentation (translation: they worked hard to make this wine). The winery used 30% new European oak to impart an enticing smoky finish. 13904 12.90% D 750 mL $16.95 Score: 90/100. December 1, 2009 Full Review
