Natalie's Review

Château Lecusse Cuvée Spéciale 2008, Southwest, France: This wine the Gold Medal at the 2010 Concours Général Agricole in Paris. It's made from Fer Servadou (aka Braucol) grapes which native to southwestern France. This wine is loaded with ripe blackberries and fleshy dark plums with some dark spices on the finish. The fruit and concentration in this wine lean toward a Nw World style. Terrific, especially for the price. 198937 13.50% XD 750 mL  $14.95 Score: 88/100. April 22, 2011  Full Review
