Natalie's Review

Lone Kauri Reserve Pinot Noir 2009, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Vintages Wine Panel: Classy Marlborough Pinot with aromas of strawberry-rhubarb, black cherry and woodsmoke. Dry, fruity, ripe and round with a touch of crispness for balance. Flavourful, and ready to drink. A prime Pinot. My note: Superb for the money! Black raspberries, strawberries and rhubarb. Satin smooth and medium- to full-bodied. Drink: 2011-2016. 214858 13.50% XD 750 mL  $16.95 Score: 91/100. April 16, 2011  Full Review
